Our associate therapists work within a collaborative care model. While they lead your therapy sessions, they also receive ongoing consultation and supervision from a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive clinical experience.
This means that when you work with one of our associates, you benefit from two layers of professional support.-your therapist’s dedicated care and the added guidance of an experienced licensed clinician. This collaborative approach helps ensure thoughtful treatment planning, high-quality care, and the best possible support for our clients.
Many clients appreciate knowing that their therapy is supported by a team
Many new clients choose to begin therapy with our associate therapists because they offer excellent care with greater appointment availability and a reduced fee.
Our practice includes a team of compassionate therapists dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change. Each therapist brings unique strengths and specialties, and all care in the practice is supported by the clinical guidance of the licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
New clients are welcome to schedule with any therapist on our team.

Clinical Supervision
All associate therapists in the practice work under the supervision of Mary Deggelman, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. In addition to their graduate training, associates receive ongoing consultation and mentorship to support thoughtful treatment planning and high-quality care.
This collaborative approach allows clients to benefit from the focused attention of their therapist along with the guidance and experience of a licensed clinician who oversees the clinical work within the practice.
